Meet Our CEO
Kathleen McGovern is the Founder and CEO of Each Other Agency, a business strategy and marketing consultancy dedicated to helping female leaders and business owners achieve sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning Australia, the United States and international markets, Kathleen has advised CEOs, executive leaders, government agencies and global organisations on business strategy, brand development, digital transformation, change management and communications. Her career has taken her from leading major digital and marketing teams to providing strategic counsel during multimillion-dollar acquisitions, organisational restructures and large-scale transformation programs.
Before founding Each Other Agency, Kathleen served as a Strategic Advisor to senior leaders in multinational corporations, helping executives navigate complex business challenges and drive organisational change. She has also held executive leadership positions including Branch Manager of Communications and Engagement at Icon Water, Chief of Staff at the Australian Government's Digital Transformation Agency, and Head of Digital for one of Australia's leading digital agencies, where she built and led a team of more than 30 specialists.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has successfully launched brands, developed growth strategies, led award-winning behaviour change campaigns, built high-performing teams, transformed customer experiences and delivered measurable business outcomes across government, corporate, technology, tourism, hospitality and not-for-profit sectors. Her work has influenced millions of customers and citizens while helping organisations build stronger brands, cultures and communities.
Today, Kathleen combines strategic thinking with practical execution to help ambitious women build businesses they love. She is passionate about empowering female founders and leaders with the clarity, confidence and strategic direction needed to create lasting success.
